Grant Services
Grant writing and consulting
As a result of over two decades of successful grant proposals, we have
developed a systematic approach to grant writing that will improve your
proposals. No one can guarantee that any proposal will automatically be
successful. But we can assure that your organization's proposal will not be
rejected because it has not followed the funder's guidelines or that it does
not provide all the information asked for.
In addition, we go "above and beyond" to provide rationale and data that are
applicable to your project. We research your field and use credible
quantitative and qualitative data to support your request for funding. We
can also provide consulting into program planning and development as we
craft your proposal.
Grant research
The first step to fund your charitable projects is finding the sources that are
most likely to share your mission. We can provide research for grants from
public and private funding sources that match your project.
Grant writing training
We boost your capacity to produce successful proposals by building your
knowledge and skills. Our workshops can be customized to reflect your
interests and needs. Workshops for your staff include the following:
- Day-long (6.5 hours) "Introduction to Grant Writing"
- Four-week training (four meetings of 3 hours each) "Get That
Grant Proposal Done!"
- Three-hour "Grant Research Resources"
- Two-hour "RFP Literacy" (most suitable for conferences or annual
meetings)
Unique training is also available. Contact us to discuss your needs. Online
training coming soon!
Grant evaluation
Since our staff's experience includes both grant writing and serving as grant
proposal reviewers for public and private funders, we are uniquely
positioned to evaluate your existing proposals. You supply a copy of your
complete proposal along with a copy of the RFP or proposal guidelines of
the funding source. We will analyze your proposal and provide targeted
feedback on its strengths and weaknesses. Click here for more details.
